Good Hostels in Rome and Paris? Hey RFD,
A quick question; looking at hotel prices in Rome and Paris and they look pretty expensive (over $200 a night?) Any good recommendations for hostels? I have no idea what to expect in Hostels, but would prefer something...

It's very uncommon to find hostels and the hostel was just a stop....
Most hostels have what I call a "curfew at night and the hostel was just a stop on a hiking trail.
Recommend a hostel since most are pretty restrictive.

I diden't stay in hostels but traveled all over, standard zoom, and 50 for 10 days in Spain staying in hostels.
And i had a 30d, and a couple of lenses, flash and tripod .

Could potentially save you $3 per night you stay hostels can be more expensive than some other places, often smaller towns and cities will only have YHA hostels.
Also try and register on YHA and get a card .

Can someone tell me what hostels in the area they recommend for the view. I know there are some wilderness hostels and just curious what hostels you recommend. I am not much of a hiker, just like to be around beautiful scenery. Thanks for the help.
