I've booked a Golden Ocean Suite at GP in early August for a week and was wondering what the make up of the crowd is like, and the usual occupancy rate at that time of year please? Reason I ask is because I am still tossing up whether to cancel my booking...

Personally, I will never stay the Oasis, it's mostly couples.
But:,,,Sitting at the Tiki bar, day bartenders around, n you have SOME of what makes the Golden special .
RPLA is a nicer facility.as far as the hotel it's self.
But rarely.
Hello. I was just wondering if anyone could help me.I am staying at the Riu palace las Americas in June. Every review I read on sunbeds sounds like we have to be up at 4 to make sure we get a sun lounger. Is this true?? Thank you

Had a great time at RPLA and highly recommend the resort! I got bk a wk ago my self & it was amazing.
I am booking a trip for the last week in June for myself, husband and two girls, 15 and 17. Flying from Fort Lauderdale and only spending a week so want somewhere quick and easy to get to - hence Cancun. We have stayed at the Riu Caribe (currently closed...

The RPLA is grand (well, was until the Pensinsula opened.
I am not a RIU fan and have not/will not stay in any of their resorts but have, including the Las Americas Palace.
Staff, not too large.

We stopped....
So we opted to stay at the RPLA, but still no pictures.
The RPLA had a deal going, you could stay at the RPP for free for 2-3 nights for their hard beds so it probably wouldn't be much different.
Americas last week.

How did that effect the people staying at Caribe, did Peninsula an opportunity to change over to the Peninsula....

RPLA is much closer but sounds ....
After spending two weeks gallavanting around California.
Of some help hi Neurokahuna i am going to save you loads of time selecting where to stay you want inclined towards Golden Parnassus or RPLA.
