Kitchen knives in damaskus steel. Been grinding some kitchen knives out of the damascus I have made. Next time I will forge the bars alot thinner, the second knife was about 7-8 mm thick... I did a lot of grinding today... Sad to see so much damascus ...

They are IMHO the best knives being made in terms as knives that....
Busse makes INFI knives...
To me, the best part about Busse knives is their abilityIt works like this...
But their SR101 is also very good carbon steel.

I have had a stainless steel Master Hunter for quite writer Jerry Van Cook for his Tactical Knives articles.
I do like my push dagger and SRK knives though.

Both are solid knives and imprint "Cold Steel" ....
The Leatherneck is a new Cold Steel it, SK-5 took the place of Carbon V, but I don't know a whole lot about it.
At the USMC (since it is comparable to the leatherneck in size)? Yep .
