Most of those techniques Seagal demonstrates in the video would be illegal in the ring or octagon train this concept.
Would have tried to hit Seagal with his best speed and power he probably would have knocked him out.

I got his "into the sun" movie and in some scenes he appears speaking japanese but hardly cannot understand him.
i heard he has an osaka accent and uses really bad words but i guess thats his role.
any one know about his skills in japanese?

Hes good at aikido.

Here's an old video from 2 years ago of him training Anderson a bit so you can see just how big he looks compared to Anderson .
He's totally old and fat now, but he is still a huge guy and a 7th dan aikido black belt so he can fuck some shit up .
