I have no idea how conditional templates plugin....
EDIT: No sorry, sticky threads do not have a different 'style' than normal threads, except for them being placed in the "important threads" section.

I have a question: What is the difference between Important Threads and Sticky Threads?
I have implemented a feature to pin some topics at the top of the forum listing. But what is that? Sticky?

An important thread would just be marked in a special way and would flow down.
That would be sticky.

Another vote to start a "meet" sticky! I love the idea of a meets threads as well.
