If I create a sticky topic it does not appear on the forums published rss feed. If I unsticky it, it appears, if I make it sticky again it disappears.

Should make things a lot tidier. Also, I think new posts in stickys some times get missed because they are always at the top, rather than just when people have posted in them.

I propose that we pass legislation that will allow us to sticky and merge certain threads/topics. This is borne out of the incessant thread spamming that occurs whenever Duncan or Kobe have either a really good or bad performance.
