I never heard of body dampers before I read about the new Nismo z that has them. What exactly is their function? What motion are they trying to reduce? Also what exactly are their attachment points in the car? Where do they fit? And if they offer a performance...

Not sure about the rear from the suspension....
I know the front damper is mounted horizontally right behind the grill.

Check your head? I balanced blades and....
Some will take few flights to wear in.
Minor shake is normal for new harder dampers.
You replace same dampers? or stiffer dampers? Harder damper work better with faster headspeed.

Koni Yellows do differ from off-the-shelf Koni dampers from off-the-shelf Koni dampers, specifically in their ability to have the rebound damping adjusted Satchs or Koni Sports dampers....
Difference then they were improperly adjusted.

As for dampers, they are the Orings between a feel for the SR, I replaced them....
Perfect fit, very cheap and a bit stiffer than the stock SR onesXtreme plastic blades (235mm I thing) hands down...
Found is to use Blade 400 dampers.
