Into it more as I'm looking to get stiffer springs..I don't think you need stiffer dampers coz my mates run like this on there ibiza and jetta on the Fk coilover shock and just the stiffer springs.
Just installed the dfc head on my pro v2, and there is quite a lot of play because the dampers are loose. I tried installing the trueblood dampers, but those are even worse. Does anyone know where I can get aftermarket dampers for the dfc head?

The 80 damper is harder (stiffer) than the 70 and is used more for 3d flight..
VHS dampers and xpower springs On the fix it day we had yesterday we fitted Xpower springs to my VHS dampers and I must say the results are amazing. The car now handles, rides and looks much much better. I snapped an ARB link yesterday and the tracking...

Are the dampers both still on their highest setting? What was wrong with the OEM springs as I thought the dampers were originally intended for those? Like the lower look though, XPower springs are what -20mm is the middle one.

I will report my findings once 4 new dampers have been fitted.
Freshening it up.
I installed the RCE Black springs on my 2011 WRX a couple weeks ago. They are currently on the stock struts. I had previously been using BC Racing Inverted coilovers with 8k springs. I really liked them, but they were quite stiff. The adjustable ride ...

Here are some photos.
Without them, stiffer springs aren't going to perform up to their potential Adjustable Dampers, rears only, today.
Be looking in to the struts too.
