I know it's not new. But I'd never visited before.
So, sooo good.
I like Chili King as well. But I think the Hawaiian burger at Jacoby is the best I've had in Seoul.
(I have yet to sample the W Hotel's famed X-Burger.)

You'll come for the free cornbread and stay for the rest of the food. The cornbread is killer, almost fried in honey and butter and served in a small cast iron skillet.
The food is here is fantastic. Helluva chicken fried steak and fantastic burger. Nice...
