Discussions about stinky tofu

Tofu recipes! :) I love tofu. DH turns up his nose at it. Can anyone help me convince him otherwise? (Also, I tend to love dishes with tofu when I order them at restaurants, etc., but have not managed to cook one I like at home. Of course, I've only tried once or twice...
