I'm thinking about buying a 335i, always been fascinated by them and I love the look andd everything. I'm planning on buying used possiblyy 2010 or older and have set my budget to that price point. Only problem I have a pretty strict criteria that's hard...

You driven a 335i with run flats? I would disagree that, stock for stock, an M3 is more harsh 335i.

IMHO the LSD is the first mod or JB4 will ... .
One consideration - M3 gets you a real LSD, 335i doesn't have one.
All...
But to answer your question, I HIGHLY doubt you will get 40hp from an intake/exhaust and tune on the M3.

I was at an Auto X event today that a friend runs. On the way up I was running a little late and movin along pretty good when I noticed a 335I on my ass as I slowed down to about 60mph. He backs off a little and all of a sudden...

I just installed M3 lower control arm only (rest of suspension is stock) and have noticed while taking for a test drive that when turning, car wants to keep turning (doesn't straiten itself) which looks like the caster is off. Do I need to install tension...

Edit: 335i is Cobb tuned, not JB3.
With all the "370Z is the best car EVAR" garbage floating around this section, i thought it could use a kill thread that actually involved racing. The 335i runs were from a few weeks ago.

So guys,
As stated above. My 335i with me driving; no other passengers.
His C63 Sedan, 4 passengers total. (including driver) - mods unknown of any.
What do you think the out come was here? Third gear pulls.
Edit: I'm on old JB4 software so I meant map...

I have the 328i, which is comparable in price to the 335i coupe, but doesn't for a m3 conv, but with 2 grandsons who might ride with me in the future, i had to go be practical down pch on a damn good summer day....
And there is extra weight.
