When I first bought my bike, it needed a chain, so the genius that I am, I bought a DID chain. However, I dont remember the size. Anyway, when I took my bike to get a tire put on, the tech said that I was going to have to change my chain sooner than I...

It improve acceleration/decrease top speed? Or is that the way for the front sprocket? In fact, is one sprocket more desirable to change teeth with than the other? adding +2 to the back sprocket increases acceleration.
Chain and Sprocket? I recall a previous group buy in regards to discounted chain and sprocket kits. I have even purchased one for my old bike. Would there be an interest for a new one?

Bigger sprocket on the back or smaller on the front for increased acceleration either +2 to go up on the rear and down on the front to have more accelaration.
When I did the 330 kit, it came with a chrome 45 th steel sprocket. The 45th is to much for highway riding and it just lights up the rear. Thinking about changing down to 43th sprocket. I did a search but did not find the info I am looking for. Any suggestions...

I am selling all of these as I don't have a FZ1 anymore. I'll take $5 for the pin vise, $10 for the float height adjustment gauge, $5 for the socket, and $20 for the rear sprocket. I'll need to add the appropriate amount for S&H. Or take all of the above...

You can't mix and match sizes.
The 530 sprocket is too wide.
530 is used not.
525 is stock for 600/750s.
Link pins) 520, 525, and 530 all use a 5/8" pitch dimension .
Sprocket questions Two questions: will changing the rear sprocket, adding teeth, improve gas mileage significantly? Is it stupid to change the rear sprocket without changing the chain/front sprocket also? I've got about 13k miles on my '07 but the chain...

How many teeth is it? A +1 (47) may fit if your chain is stretched enough, but if it were me, I wouldn't install a new rear sprocket at 17k miles without a new chain and front....
Your 114 link chain will likely not clear a larger rear sprocket.
