Stomach Bug

When I called the nurse said the diarrhea could continue for a week to 10 days. Have you tried any probiotics for the diarrhea or cutting out the milk products for a while longer. source

If you're not vomiting then bland foods as mentioned above. If you're vomiting stick to clear fluids - like chicken broth etc. source

Since you've got the burps during your workout that points to the BA. Are you using a powder and if so what is it mixed with? I have to mix both BA and creatine with sweet potato or I will get something like a chemical burn feeling in my throat and mouth. source

I have had problems before with driver's and shoveler's, get a pump bottle of hand sanitizer for each truck, Velcro in place-make everyone use it each time they enter the truck-no exceptions. Sounds nuts, but this kind of thing can start at the daycare-wife carries to husband and now a whole crew can be knocked out. Some of my guy's most likely do not have the best of habits. Guy's that are hacking up a lung are sent home-or are not accepted at start of shift. I would rather finish the race than try to be the first every time! source
