Sugar, fat in the blood stream, stomach probs although I don't seem to have indigestion or acid reflux (the palps are prob caused by the pause?) are just harmless side effects caused by the steroids it pauses too much blood fills....

I cook all veggies to soft and I chew chew chew but it seems my stomach doesn't want to tolerate them anymore it feels like my stomach is burning it passes within a half hour but it is painful none the less anyone else having issues ?

I just saw my nut this morning for my 4 month follow-up and she said everyone is different .
For me meat is instant pain and vomit.
I'm fine with veggies, even salad, but I can't do any kind of meat .

I got sick and injured and let myself go. I have about a hundred pounds to loose and I want to keep them off, so no crazy stuff like hydroxycut.

The real trick will be eating (relatively) clean and increasing your caloric output .

Im in a lot of pain at the mo, i plod on taking co=codamol and omeprazole(tum probs) for pain and loads of suppliments including 5htp for fibro....but the pain is unbearable, im going to see G.P on monday, itook dicofenac yesterday one dose and my stomach...

With your doctor I had terrible stomach probs with Diclofenac (acid reflux) it's a bad medive had problems wi my stomach for a long time and last yr was put on fentynal patches and cause also found my TENS machine to be a very good....
