So I stopped drinking coffee.... Well, only one cup or a Mountain Dew in the morning. Started about two weeks ago. I could go for an afternoon cup now. I wasn't there.

So rite now i'm taking in a bout 1000mg of caffeine a day and feel nothing from drinking coffee or espresso. So any tips on my week of misery awaiting me? Keep in mind a cup of coffee is only about 30mg of caffeine, also i don't drink any energy drinks...

Just 1 shot a day gave you a headache? i drink about 5 shots of extra strong espresso, 4-6 was soda.
I can give it up off.
I drink coffee/espresso for the flavor and peer pressure.
Lots and lots of water.

When ever I do it I dream something about one of you. This time it was because you girls were talking about drinking dancing and hotels lol. I was staying in a hotel I went to shower and picked up the soap they give. It was pink and said Mustachio!! Lol...

My 2 year old still doesn't sleep through the night. my husband used to get him at night but not his job starts earlier so it is all me. i am tired. i am tired of him wanting 1-3 milky bobbles at night. i dont' need to hear that having my son still on...

One, you have to teach him that his drinking Coke it, but he'll get the message.
