I found two of these "NetRunner Starter Double Deck" boxes in storage. Do any of you remember if these are random starters or are they precons?

Good find, by the way.
Each deck is unique but I believe there was some effort to make a deck actually playable without any other cards.
If I remember correctly, the contents are pseudo-random.

Could be stripped gears in the mower deck (possibly, pull or toggle, to turn on the mower deck then you have one.
The interlocks are (seat, reverse gear, etc.).
