I do like dried fruit on porridge and yoghurt not buying them because I wasn't sure whether....
I find if i can eat them normally then dried is fine .
I don't think.
I can tolerate dried fruit like sultanas, dates, banana chips, veggie crisps.

On a budget, the fruit and veg offers in both places are very tempting, but has anyone any idea of how safe this stuff is? I picked up a packet of cherry tomatoes in Aldi the other day, and the expiry date was mid June, this can't be good? Should I avoid...

Never had a problem.
I buy pretty much all my fruit and veg in Aldi or Lidl.
Sometimes grower numbers are printed on labels local aldi.
strange to be that long for fruit and veg.

I just gave a little piece of watermelon to my little one when i was munching on some right now and she loved it so much...that ... shes barking at me to give her more? !should i ? or should i not?....is fruit good for them?-thanks guys!

I love apples and strawberries! Though I'm quite picky about them, I went through a stage of hating the skin on apples and now it doesn't bother me. My gran got me into cutting strawberries...
