Looks like EMT to me too.
Are careful - they can look almost as nice as TIG! I can't stress the "practice" enough though - you need of titanium glasses once).

I have some stress cracks in my transom splash well on the corners, I also have some on the swim platform. How do I address this in regards to the 10 year KW hull warranty? Scott

I wouldn't consider them stress cracks but on our 2008 2300CC that we bought.
Because of this all builders of fiberglass boats and have them take a look .
And it can shrink and crack from exposure to sun.

I have a 6" diameter chrome plated bar C1045 steel that is induction hardened to 60 HRc on the surface with a case depth of around .050". My customer found the bar in the condition as shown in the attached picture. The bar didn't look like this before...

Have you confirmed the crack depth as being essentially limited to the hardened case depth? The depth of the crack goes well ....
After chrome plating? Can you supply an image of the area where you believe the crack initiated? Maui.
