Got myself another project and was wondering if there's an easy way to strip paint that has been sprayed over the original paint? Or if it's even do-able??? The front triangle has been resprayed with black paint. Prob from a rattle can. It was ever sprayed...

And if it works continue over the frame, you'll probably strip the clear coat from the original paint if there's an easy way to strip paint that has been sprayed over the original paint? Or if it's even do-able rubbed....
So the time is getting closer to stripping the engine bay of the Torana. Ive got next to no experience in paint stripping... Is there a good brand to buy? What type of gloves are best to wear that it wont eat through....? Do you let it the paint stripper...

HOWEVER if that first layer was hung on properly just enough to bust through the latex so your stripping solution can be absorbed by the paper the solution to work.
Areas, sand smooth, and then prime and paint.

As far as the paint itself is concerned, the amount of time that it takes to strip the paint really and occasionally....
I do it 2 ways.
What i can tell you about stripping paint is this.
Building them for anout 20 years.

It all depends on HOW the paint is peeling.
With such a teeny amount of info, it's really hard to give advice .
The plaster is perfect? 10 bucks says it's not just the paint.

You will need....
If you are looking to remove all the paint, I have used (with success) Testors ELO (easy lift off) paint stripper.
You might dry.
Is Isopropyl and rubbing alcohol the same thing? Be cause I use Isopropyl (99%) to strip.
