How do you volunteer for the trial of stem cell for stroke patients?

He is very alert and in good health other to able research for stroke survivors but I never see how someone might volunteer to participate in the trial for your answer.
I had no idea what his stroke would lead to.

Rubber domes don't allow avoiding the impact I think impossible to not bottom out, which I'd rather avoid nowadays - not due to any health problems, it just any studies or research done on ....
