Premium, sharp looking stroller for a good price (JJ cole is a little more $$ b/c of brand I was going to buy a new ....
Graco makes a flippy handle stroller but the wheels on it seem odd - like I think you can't.

Flyer is nice in that the handle is the part you reverse.
It is solidly the seat on most of the displays I encountered .
In that the handle is the part you reverse so the baby can stay in the seat.

I did not have a reversible stroller until my 3rd kid and I have really enjoyed....

Sounds like the city mini a reversable stroller (which the BJCM is not), then maybe look at the Baby Jogger City Versa which is new.
Ideally reversable handle and bright cheerful colour is also great.

For dirt paths, I'd lean more toward an actual air tire stroller like the bumbleride indie $150 more.
