I am lot confused and stressed,
student visa extension for MBA topup june 2011,
rejected oct 2011(for english level2 ,they didnt consider my pgdip as level b2)
visa expired sept 2011
first appeal rejected
second appeal allowed and waiting for decision...

The visa for the UK does NOT mean you a tourist visa for the UK for less than 6 months....
Might be I am sure that the Irish government would like you to have a visa for visiting do.

Hi, My dependant visa got rejected (not rejected thye just said that its an invalid application) my spouse has to add my name in his visa and reapply his visa and once he get his new visa I can reapply for dependanat visa.
But we are thinking its risky...
