I don't know if it's just me, but I really hate when we get substitute teachers in school, because it's like they have never taught before or they aren't even a teacher. Like, it's always some person with an accent that seems like they don't even know...

Rate - no deduction was made for holiday pay earned as a substitute teacher - they didnt ask for his, the extra class,(40 mins or so) should go to the sub teacher who is able to teach the specific class.

Years ago I was able to sub 5 days a week, all school year if I wanted. I set my own schedule and often had to decline positions.
I've heard this is not the current scenario for subs.
