I don't know if it's just me, but I really hate when we get substitute teachers in school, because it's like they have never taught before or they aren't even a teacher. Like, it's always some person with an accent that seems like they don't even know...

Rate - no deduction was made for holiday pay earned as a substitute teacher - they didnt ask for his, the extra class,(40 mins or so) should go to the sub teacher who is able to teach the specific class.

But I can tell you that our regular, trusted subs have all the work & I don't blame them for wanting a certified teacher vs someone who isn't certified.

I know of someone working as a sub in Harrison and Grant Co. schools who is a weed-head. She is always smoking! How is she able to do this and not get caught? Do they only do tests on full time staff?
