My 17yod has had ringing in her ears (tinnitus) for over a week now. She also says she has been a bit stuffed up and had some ear popping. I'm thinking she may have an ear infection?

You could give that a try before heading to the doctor .
There are ear-wax removal drops available at all pharmacies (but they don't work to cure an infection) .

If you get it, sudafed seems to stop to it as tinnitus, but its definitely not....
Apparently it should go after a few days but it didn't .
