Barbecue parties are not very healthy --but it's something I look forward to in the summer ;).
I don't barbecue at home but I usually go at least 4-5 times in the summer because people are always having barbecues.

Ok Gang I am trying to get a sense of how much interest there would be in a Barbecue and lead toss at Chateau Ricky this year. Leaning toward scheduling a little closer to the Laconia rally. Who is interested? Oh and have arranged for anyone who is interested...

I'm really starting to hate barbeque grills, every summer all it does is turn my tasty food into nice carbon sculptures. I put the heat on medium/low , load in my food and leave for a few minutes. Then either the wind will kick up or the fat dripping ...

Bill I guess I will have to try a gas barbecue some time, but in the meantiime, leave the grille alone! No cover, never let the meat out of your sight! I watched a guy barbecue.
