I hate the annoying Flash spell which makes Cowards escape the battle not mentioning Kassadin using both ghost and flash spells in game, which i call "RUN BIATCH RUN" syndrome.

There are a good amount of summoner spells and only a few select spells stand out as viable summoner spells for competitive play.
i was thinking, maybe a way to balance out these spells to make more of them viable would be to add passives that are relative...

Also, it's always summoner spells you can see their cool downs.

I've never really seen Galio support though.
Sight vs Clutch heals.
+0 I take CV on most supports, it really just seems like a preference thing .
Heal should be on the AD carry, especially if you're playing a non sustain support (kinda) .
