Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds? Which do you like better?
I love sunflower seeds, but I have noticed there's always that one really gross one in every pack.
Pumpkin seeds are okay, but they get kind of nasty after a while. :/

Save yourself the grief and buy a package of garden seeds.
Get some hybrid sunflower seeds they will grow.
So, no, they won't sprout.
Salted sunflower seeds are probably roasted.
