What are the alternatives to paypal for countries whom paypal does not support?
For example, I am from Pakistan and i am looking for easy way like paypal to transfer and receive...

PayPal is not a safe solution to receive.
They support a much larger range of countries than Paypal does (yes, Pakistan is one of them), and the rates are comparable.
You might like Google Checkout.

There are many work arounds to use paypal in a country where paypal....
That paypal does not support, i get this from a site but it was from 2008, maybe it's not updated and paypal is also not available in Pakistan too.

No, in Bangladesh you can not use paypal.
No you can get paypal account if your from bangladesh.

The first time I called paypal, the guy was very helpful, told me submitted to a manager....
Paypal approves claim, but i have was to call paypal on the phone.
The scammer, so i was forced to open paypal claim for full refund.

Does anyone have PayPal working correctly? My correct, I mean that PayPal shows the payment as excepted, and OpenCart shows that PayPal has credited the sellers account.

I use PayPal for my business website, and it works very nicely.
Choose depending on your user base of course, but if you should market it for "everyone", make Paypal available first.
Paypal is by far the most known.
