Not sure but my favorite thing to say in french is "cele la vie" which i think means "such as lifeIncroyable !!!

My family is thinking of moving to France and as we (currently) have very, very limited french, we want to base our search for property in areas where the local french schools are used to the inital fumbling and ruination of their mother tongue by English...

Came across this side by side and it doesnt seem to have a manufacture listed on it. It does have several french proof marks on it that seem to place it around 1900-1924, but thats all I could come up with.
