Hi,
I have been having the darndest time getting my VR to work at low shutter speeds. I have gone through multiple tests and have shown clearly that VR ON induces movement when I take shots and makes less clear images than with VR OFF - insane, right?...

If your use is in birds, architecture and landscape and VR low light hand holding is not most important than why this lenses???? For birds its to short , distant details of architecture at 200mm for birds, architecture and landscape but....

Why is the SE moniker always used for castrated cards? There's nothing "special" about castration and NVIDIA's biggest architectural change since G80 in 2006.

What do you think of the new Tamron 17-270 VR? I've seen the ads, and read a favorable review in Popular Photography, and it seems like a nice lens.
Anybody familiar with this one? It sure seems like it would fit my needs if it's a decent lens.

I already have a Sigma 70-300 but without VR so I don't use.
I was (still am, I guess) also thinking of the Nikon 70-300 for it's VR but then I'd still need to grab two lenses in most cases.
Need IS.
