Nice work.
Also it sharp.
If you wet your knife before each slice, the nori tends to slice easier, rice sticks to the knife less and you get rounder rolls.
It was delicious but it looked like shit.
My first roll last week.

Back in KS there was a smoked salmon sushi I would get topped with eel sauce. So effing delicious and all cooked/safe. We went to a sushi place and I ordered smoked salmon and veggie rolls. Turns out their "smoked salmon" is a thin strip of raw salmon...

FYI...when you make inside out rolls, wet the rice-wise it was as good as any california roll I have had at any cheap sushi place, and was actuallyi gotta not use f1.8 for these photos....

There are alot of people who don't like the concept of raw ingredients such as raw fish etc... i personally don't like sushi even though i'm asian but o wellz...
