Yes they are usually eaten cold i didn't know people ate them warm lol California rolls aren't really sushi since everything is cooked or not raw fish.

Friday is way....
Overnight tops, but yea you are supposed to eat them as soon as you make them .
Eat them now and make more later.
I wouldn't wait anywhere near that long.
Waiting 3 days would have them very stale.
They're supposed to be eaten within hours.

All i can think of is delicious sushi...i know i know...can't have the raw stuff....

That's been the only time I've had sushi husband take us to our favorite sushi place and got all California rolls and stuff that was ok to eat Japanese food and have had cooked....
I had a cooked shrimp roll a couple weeks ago.

The Spicy Kazan roll (bottom) was interesting...the sushi was set-up in a ringi'm biased since i....
It does have a kick so be prepared, this won't be much different .
My wife's favorite is the kazan roll.
Because of the sushi.
