Sushi My son loves sushi.
I made it for him tonight. He usually helps but he is working on an assignment.
He loved it, as did I, as did my bestie who got 1/2 of it as I made so much.

They have their grand opening going on now. Went there tonight and sat at their wonderful granite bar with 3 large screen tv's.
Had a sushi dish, unagi, (eel) and was very impressed.
Crispy sesame shrimp was cooked perfectly and sauce was light and sweet...

I haven't had sushi my entire pregnancy, I am breastfeeding but going outfor sushi tonight. My 7 week old usually gets gas from things, I give her ovol drops. But anybody recommend certain types to stay away from that may bother the babe????

Obviously if you use the hardest time about eating sushi while breast feeding because if you do consume raw food that has they are pregnant and BF....
I've never heard of sushi causing gas before but everyone is different.

I'm planning to go here tonight for dinner. How is the quality of the sushi? I know they have non-Japanese food there too, but I'm craving some raw fish, specifically sashimi.

I have always been underwhelmed by this....
The best thing about it is the rooftop deck.
Just out of curiosity, if you want high quality sushi in Adams Morgan, why not Saki or Blue Fin or Tono? the sushi isnt great, but it isnt horrible either.

Do you have a rolling mat? I think you're supposed to put rice on 1/3 of the nori sheet all the way to the edges (I'm bad at that part) and roll tight .
