Where is the best place for sushi in the KC Metro? I usually go to Matsu's in Westport. Been to a few places up in the Northland and thats about it in the KC area.

The sushi at Kona Grill ain't bad though, especially when it's half-price happy hour sushi.
Although, i went to a $9.99 all-you-can-eat sushi place in Schaumburg, ILi think Matsu's is the best.
Alcohol, dessert, etc.

Can you make sushi rice from ordinary rice? I'm going to make some yaki-onigiri but there's no sushi rice and its too late for the stores to be open. If not then when making yai-onigiri can you subsitute sushi rice with ordinary rice?
