I'm try to drop a few pounds, and I know that my problem is sugar. I don't mind artificial sweetener in some things, but I haven't found any artificial sweetener I like in my hot tea. Has anyone tried the agave nectar? Does it make things taste differently...

It seems to taste just like hot tea for me and did not sweeten.

It has a slightly bitter taste and doesn't sweeten as much as other sweetners with sugar ....
I use a tiny drop of it in liquid form in a mug of tea for coffees when out.
Used and available in the rest of the world.

For my tea, I use pure honey, and nothing in coffee, on the rare anything artificial in my diet, ....
Don't use Splenda!!! It's just a tiny drop goes a very long way .
Stick to tea or water or water infused with lemon, lime or orange slices.
