Me too...and decaf green tea the herbal tea, it helps....
I've been drinking more herbal tea to see what happens.
I probably drink close to 2 1/2 gallons a day .
I can't get enough.

Duh!!! Aspartame....
Until I finally realized it can't be "all in my head" when I get the same reaction to foods I didn't know had it in it .
It took me forever to dx, and even *i* thought i was "just being weird" about it for years .
I have an aspartame allergy.
Opening the floodgates for differing opinions... But I just have to say I personally am greatful for artificial sweeteners. I know some stall on them but they have become a staple in my diet... My favorites are Ezsweetz in my coffee and mio in my water...

I got to my goal weight with the aid of artificial sweeteners, so I am definitely Constant Comment tea! I've never felt....
I use it in sweet treats, tea, baking, and even sweet tea.

Apart from truvia that I bought a few days ago which sweeteners would you say tasted the most like sugar? Truvia tasted ok in the muffins I made but in coffee its vile Desparate for a cup of coffee but I like it sweet! I've already swapped normal milk...
