Ok, I've been attempting to re-learn swimming. I took lessons as a kid and then stopped for 20 years and now I'm starting over. :P
I really suck at it.
Someone recommended the Total Immersion series so I am going to grab that from the library tomorrow...

Today are the 1st time that i change my spark plug on my 2nd hand megane.
when the mech take out the 1st plug,the head of the plug is cover with oil,2nd plug onward without oil but with white powder and rusty on metal area.
Confirm all the plugs are gone...

Do the normal servicing n monitor the engin oil level n do a regular
chk on the 1st plug do u know how to remove plug

Its all character building!! I second custom plugs but it all depends on where you!!).
From my GP and ended up getting swim plugs from boots (£5 for 2 pairs) while was trying to get brilliantly!

What is an appropriate age for kids to take swimming lessons?

ETA: Our pool/health inspectors required a swim diaper and a reusable swim diaper (Gabbys?).
From that age until they turn 3.
My girls have both taken swimming lessons from about age 6m.

Is there such a thing? I'm using the silicon ones and I can't stand them. Can't hear a thing and makes me feel very unaware of whats going on around me and feel wary while surfing. I usually end up just taking them out at some point or not even bothering...
