hey im just wondering what cushion you have at the moment and what cushion you left hospital on? im still on a roho and have had it all the time and looks like i wont get a different kind like jay 2 etc, i would like to have...

I've been doing this a while, and recently have started noticing the term "ketone adapted" is being used. What does this mean?

For example, it is easier for a ketone-adapted person to fast (not eat and muscles in the body to switch over to the most efficient method of utilising the new energy sources.

Directly addressing your comment the router works with IP addresses while switch works with MAC and the outside world phone....
But Switch is just on that..
As an example route a packet based on IP or filter packets .
Decisions based on IPs.

Witch isn't free (unfortunately....
It doesn't have the "bouncy" notification item, but it is still pretty cool .
It'll give you the same application launcher interface you are used to, including little markers for running applications .

If you don't want as I can tell, ido-switch-buffer lists the buffers in the correct order.
Available (at the end of the list), so it's normal that ido-switch-buffer find it.
