I am looking for an Android phone that I can use in the US (preferably Verizon) and switch out the SIM card so that I can use it in Costa Rica with their local service (ICE).
Does the Verizon Droid allow this?
If I unlock the phone, can I still use it...

Even if you do buy a SIM-locked phone....
Whether the phone you get will be SIM-locked will depend on who you buy it from .
Android phones are like other mobile phones in that they can be SIM-locked to a particular carrier or be unlocked and allow any SIM .

Anyone now holding the PenFed cash rewards card NOT planning on switching to the new card? and why?
The $250 switching bonus looks good but I hate change. If anyone has a rational reason for either switching or not I'd love to hear it.

Nvidia in all my pcs is an ati card worth the switch i noticed they use amd for there gpus and i love dual HD5870s and they cost far less...$150-$200 per card depending on which brand you buy card depending on which brand ....

Your compliance data from the primary machine would get rewritten to the card when you put it back in that....
Also, if you put the sd card into the backup machine, it will want to erase the card anyway.
With your compliance reporting.
