I have used Sygate as my firewall for a long long time with no
problems up to a few days ago, when i noticed that the Download arrow
on the system tray was lit all the time, the upload arrow only lit up

then let it die (it was a rather stale at:

Hello - I am getting port scans from 60.173.11.56 in china. It happens every 80 minutes since Feb. 19. It happens 24 hours a day. I am not sure if it is something on my computer that is causing it or just my luck. My computer seems to be running fine....

Since I've realized windows xp's firewall can't block outbound traffic , I need a lightweight solution to block a specific app.
Something along the lines of "little snitch" on OSX would be a great, but I can't find an alternative.
I really wanna avoid...
