Long story short...I screwed up my T-molding slot. I set the correct depth of the Slot cutter on my table saw mounted router table, ran a small test piece through and made the required adjustments. Then I ran one of my cabinet sides through. It came out...

I've decided to dismantle my bartop cabinet and build a mini upright, vertical monitor style, for my son. Planning on keeping it simple this time around. 1 & 2 player start buttons, an 8way joystick and 2 action buttons. Thinking about putting an exit...

I have a problem:
I bought 3/4" Birch plywood, my cabinet structure is mostly complete, and ready to groove the edges for the T-molding.
I am not laminating the panels; I am staining them for a furniture-type finish. I bought 3/4" trim, to find that it...

I built my own upright cabinet about two years ago. I've been pretty pleased with it so far, but now it seems to be calling out for me to do additional work on it. At the time I just painted it black and didn't bother adding any side art or T-molding,...

I have a carbide slot-cutting bit and chuck that I used for installing the T-molding when I built my cab. I borrowed a router from a friend, so I really no longer have any use for it. The chuck fits a 1/2 inch router. $20 shipped or best offer.

I cringe when I hear the words 'Crown....
Lots of stuff on t the internet about how to cut with and without compound miter saw (W/2) / ( 1+cos2C * tan2(W/2))1/2 }
Where C= 90 degrees – crown molding spring angle
Where W = joint.
Nice and even.
