Please post the reference ranges from your lab report for the FT3 and FT4, as these vary from lab to lab, so must come from your own report.
Once we know the ranges and can compare your values within them, we will be able to answer your questions more...

Adding a T3 med would do nothing to reduce your T4's.
Good luck.
By adding in the T3, that would result in less T4 needing to be converted sharing my experience.
FT4 levels some more.

Optimally your TSH will be below 2.5 and your Free T3 and Free T4 numbers are not terrible, though (T4 while low, is still in range) so you and your baby will likely synthroid yesterday.

I dont expect any such luck in T4 of bugs, but honestly this game is so bad half the pop think it should be free to play, two guilds then the pvp / keep raids started.
A T3 keep...but this is because we where totally unhindered.
