Have never replaced an element, but if the standoffs are the same height and the gaskets don't leak and the element is the same physical size and watt rating, why would the control board need replacing? Maybe I'm missing something basic here.. .

I think you should be looking for a industrial-strength blender, food processor or possibly stick blender (although you'd likely burn the motor out of that... .
