Can't we have both? The carrier has not gotten a single upgrade. Add evasion to the interceptors and maybe a 20 percent suppression debuff (lowers attack speed or rate) on small units. Small being anything smaller then a hellion. The new capital ship ...

You literally see matter even if it was because it has !@#$ ground attack, or it is in your army, and as i previously stated, Zerg counter attacks you....
Tempest will be scrapped for a couple reasons first of all it's an A-move unit.
