I want to set up an antenna with new a tv. I am very confused. Has anyone here ever done this? I understand that the tv needs something called ASTM. Apparently this converts the digital signal somehow? I would appreciate it it someone could could tell...

Any TV antenna can pick it up and pick up HD also.

Is anyone who can get the new Antenna TV OTA getting the guide data on their Dish DVR?
My 722k picked up the signal several days before the service went live, but it's been almost 2 weeks & my guide still shows "Digital Service....

The major downside to using a TV-FM antenna a VHF-FM "TV" ....
Issues with grounding it and cable runs, but if your old antenna was already in TV service I would hope (e.g., some splitters will have FM traps in 'em).

Any TV antenna will work equally well for HD or analog.
There is no such thing as a HD antenna.
In North America all TV antennas are "HD", even 30.
No the antenna does not need to be labeled "HD".

WKRP replaces Married with Children Sundays on Antenna TV starting in April. It will be airing after NewsRadio. So now we will have 2 straight hours of "radio on TV".

I'm curious about this looks suspiciously like CM but has smart antenna but has smart antenna.
And from what I've heard TV's with digital tuners built in work way better than any converter so (not to mention new ones).
