Having just bought a Goodmans TV from Comet for the bedroom I am having problems setting up the sky remote to work the TV.
I've tried the codes off the internet i.e. 0335 and 15 or so 3digit codes but cant get it to work.
Any ideas anybody please.

I have tried all the code in the Comcast remote manual, but none of them will work for my new RCA LCD TV. Anyone else have this problem and been able to find new codes that work?

However, I was able to get a code working, Use: 10178.
The codes for phillips and magnavox I have also had a problem finding a code for my new RCA LCD TV tv and had the same problem.

I was hoping someone could shed some light on programming the direct tv remote. I have a YSP- 2200 and tried all the yamaha codes in the direct tv setup menu with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions.

All it did though was this:
'Power' = tv's menu
'menu' = scroll down tv press....
You could build on that with efc's from the TV/0009 code, if your tv does the code
for Princeton TV.
A TV/0003 Proton 2 code.
