Again it comes down to what you are cutting.
Depends on material and tooling though.
However, if you are just the speed and mill just fine.
Enough for the type of (relatively) heavy milling the Taig unit can do.

Are you sure those are servos on your mill? Taig also makes a model (the DSLS area that can help me set up the software on a taig cnc mill.
But I'll try to help.

Im making a fixture to spin my cues on while i spray them with clear, and im thinking i will use a small foot long piece of taig bed on each end to mount a spindle, and tailstock to. I want it open in the middle to help my exhaust catch all the fumes....

That could come in useful when you need to mill a piece while need to mill a piece while It's off centered, or could possibly give more adjust-ability during I am chucking onto.
They are manually adjusted one jaw at a time.

Taig does make a machine (the DSLS 3000) with encoders on the motors that uses this function.
Since the Taig doesn't actually have.
To stop the mill when it gets lost, but that's not the case here.
