Anti-tail biting measures -- What works best?
You're going about things the wrong way, Pedro my man. Rather than amputating the tails you should be encouraging them to grow.
By allowing the tail to grow long enough the pig, after a bit of practicing, will be able to whip it round in such a fashion as to propel it up into the air and away from any potential biters. Sort of like Muttley used to do in 'Stop the Pigeon'.
Smearing an organic fertiliser or paylean paste over the tails will stimulate growth and to accelerate the procedure you could hang weights off them too. Bells make great musical weights and if you get the right toned bells you could form a swine orchestra of some description.

What are the walleyes biting on?
Last time I was up there we had 6 rattle reels down with 6 different lures and I think we caught about the same amount of fish from each hole. So I think when they come through and there biting it does'nt make too much differance.

How can I get my cat to stop biting his own foot until it bleeds?
Stick his paw in something that's nasty tasting that won't hurt him. That will gross him out and hopefully get him to stop.

Puppy biting, aggressive?
Hi I got a black lab puppy about 3 and a half weeks ago and his biting is out of control. I have tried the time outs, and they have not worked, I have tried sharp "NO" and that has not worked, I have also tried to hold his muzzle with a sharp No but still nothing, I have tried a shrill cry and time out, but all I seem to get in return is him jumping on me trying to bite me even harder, or he will go and rip something up while growling. I have also tried putting him in his crate for a little while, and none of this has worked. I am frustrated, he bites me so hard he draws blood and I dont know how to get this to stop. Oh I have also tried using a can with pennies in it, it seems like everything I do only makes him angry and I am not sure how to remedy this. If anyone has an answer It would be highly appreciated.
