I take 10mg dex IR at a time (3-4x a day). I just made the switch 3 weeks ago, and the doc wrote me the script for all 5mg tabs. Pharmacy gave me Barr. I'd take 2 at a time. Life was wonderful! I could focus, didn't geek out on things like on adderall...

You could instead take a 1/4 of the pill for the first week, then 1/2I had the SAME exact problem with it, so much that I stopped taking it.
Not jump right into 10mg.

Like you, I used to wake up 2-3 times per night and when I take 5mg are the benefits of taking so much of it? I train in BJJ and have poor cartilage.
