Taking the MCAT is not about being in your comfort zone.
Of change is part of the point.
I am planning on taking the MCAT in August after only taking the first half of both OChem and Physics. I will be finished with the first part of OChem and Physics in May, then starting a Kaplan MCAT class from May to August, then planning on taking the...

/thread considering Physics and OChem is on the MCAT it is probably a better idea to to take it after you take said courses.
Hey guys, I took the MCATs in May of 2011. I've been told the scores last for five years but most selective schools won't accept them if you wait that long to apply. I would really like to matriculate in 2015 (so apply in the summer of 2014). Would the...

If you take the MCAT in the yearPretty sure MCAT....
Some schools accept them for 4, 5 or maybe even more years .
I suggest years.
I believe you would have to matriculate fall 2014 at the latest to avoid taking the MCAT again.

I think it's safe to say....
Well they also offer more dates to take the MCAT as compared to when they had the paper format so of this increase is due to increase in number of retakers versus number of new people taking the MCAT.

In fact, I did it myself and didn't do too bad .
To respond to tell you that while it is HIGHLY recommended to take all the prereqs before taking the MCAT it is not an impossible task to do well without taking ochem 2.

Ima take two aamcs to go over and then just go through mcat-review.org.
I know there's kind of already a thread, but this is the official one I'm registered at 1PM (I think the only time offered on 4/5?) and this is a retake for me. Using a variation of SN2ed's 3 month schedule (109 days) and started studying a few days ago...

And cause their instructors are med students that were former kaplan/princeton and did well on the mcat, i figured it was worth a shot-- i think they're still doing the free....
But they were offering free mcat and med school consultations.
So I might be potentially screwed....I should've just listened when I was told to turn off my phone before taking the exam. Instead I just switched it to silent. Between the break of the essay and bio section I went to my locker to get some food and water...
