My doctor put me on Prometrium due to low levels. Previously I have had two miscarriages. Any success stories with Prometrium? What did your doctor do after he put you on Prometrium?

Can you get a period after stopping Prometrium if you are pregnant?

Prometrium as a side effect can cause some spotting so maybe it is a risdual effect.
Are not pregnant.
Regardless if you are pregnant and bleeding call you OB ASAP .
From the prometrium you were taking.

You likely wont be instructed to stop taking it until you're approaching.
Why would you stop prometrium if you are pregnant and on it? No, but obviously you're taking it to protect your pregnancy.

Why is he taking you off of prometrium, are you on anything....
Are you taking it daily or in a cycle? If taking it daily, you can expect to get a bleed once you second day....for 30 days....to every third day for 30 days...etc..

Welcome! I do not take prometrium (I use crinone) but progesterone in general raises your bodyWelcome to the board! I also use Prometrium suppositories but I've had minimal side effects.

Then my coming.
My personal experience has been, the meds completely delay AF until I stop taking it.
I've never had any spotting while on Prometrium, but I have heard that breakthrough bleeding can happen.

I think my period tried to start, but the doses of Prometrium held it off from starting fully.
