Hi, i have an SQL table with extended properties on each column.
Is there a way to access these from LINQ in c# using Linq2SQL?

It would also be pretty easy....
Things like "MS_Description" etc? Not AFAIK; you could write an SP that talks to the store at the database (taking the database object name and column name), and query that via the data-context - but nothing built in.

So I was chatting my trusted mechanic, and asked his thoughts about my '07 Yukon's unacceptable appetite for oil, and the GM dealer's foot-dragging about addressing it. His advice was, "You know what's going on here - it's not going to get any better....

If the dealer is dragging his feet now, why do you think buying an extended warranty would motivate, or well past the extended warranty, the dealers look at the extended warranties as how they can get extra them out, & they said I....

I am trying to set up file uploading on a website, but I get a permissions error when trying to write to upload directory. When I asked my supervisor about this, he suggested using extended ACLs to give the server write access to the directory. I've looked...

What type of web server is it? Are we talking about Windows file system ACL's?
If it's a Linux server or anything else running a POSIX filesystem such as ext3, you can find a rough introduction to how to use ACL's here, in a previous ServerFault....

If I had a Chevy I'd get one. No doubt about it. On the ONE GM vehicle I bought, I decided to go with the ext warranty and it paid for itself two fold.

I would never consider a bunch of $$$ on an extended warranty, you need to know this is an extremly common problem.
3000 bucks for a extended warranty is a total rip-off.

I've got a RegEx that works great on *NIX systems and languages that support Extended Regular Expressions (ERE). I haven't found a freely available library for .NET that supports ERE's, nor have I had any lucky trying to translate this into a non-ERE ...

Class Action { public function n(){ echo get_class($this); } } class... .
If the method wasn't static you could simply use get_class ($this) .
CLASS__ always returns the name of the class in which it was used, so it's not much help with a static method .

Why not just talk to CACE Tech about it? http://www.cacetech.com/contact/
You should definitely talk to a lawyer but if I was going to sell an extension for any protocol analyzer I'd look.
