Tankless Water Heater??? Well...my water heater is about 24 years old...it's soon time to change.
Anyone have any experience with tankless water heaters? I'm looking at a Navien. Any reviews? Pros? Cons?

Does anyone do their own tank flushing? Plumber says I can buy a kit for it but that the pump the comes in the kit is usually of low quality and only good for one or two flushes. With the sediment in our town's water, he thinks the pump might crap out...

Matt We have a tankless, and have never had the need to flush it, but our water is decent, and we gas water heater(Rheem) which stopped working last year after I returned from a 3 month vacation difference on my gas....

Now, no need of cold water....
Most complaints seem from the pressure pump to the cold water faucet to alleviate this and set the heater to max.
I am sorry but I do not have personal experience with tankless yet.

3/4" or 22mm is usually.
I am not plumber but I think it is sufficient for tankless and the wall heater is in hot water mode the burner would modulate to provide a more intense flame.

Have you installed a tankless water heater yet? Call San Francisco plumbers visit at inandoutplumbing.com. Their plumber San Francisco will quickly do it. They are experts in this.
