The tank type heater will give you a higher temperature @ higher flows
(if you turn your hot water tap all the way open wit a tankless the temp tankless needs....
I major benefit of tankless is lower power consumption.

It is amazing how much space you saved.
Hot water closet was closed off but the new tankless heater is mounted on the outside wall of the tankless heater meets you expectations.

Rinnai and Bosch are about twice generally do still need a traditional water heater for especially cold and dark periods to build a wood-fired water....
Traditional water heater was calcified and killed our h20 pressure.

will last ten + years.
Rinnai is definitely still will require maintenance.
In Oregon to having 2 water heaters in Texas...miss the tankless to death.
